Book nowStep into the luxury Boutique Dungeon for a stay to excite your senses. A stand-alone one-bedroom house in central Brighton with a private entrance – a 15-minute walk from Brighton station and two minutes from the seafront.
The layout
The Boutique Dungeon comprises an open-plan sitting room/playroom and kitchen with a click-clack sofa bed, a double bedroom with a play area within it, and a dedicated playroom. It accommodates three people comfortably, four at a push.
A fully equipped space
The open-plan sitting room/playroom/kitchen has a wall-mounted gilded St Andrew’s Cross with gold-padded banquettes on either side, and a gilded spanking bench with face rest. Lubricant and BDSM accessories are provided: floggers, paddles, restraints, ball gags and more.
The click-clack sofa bed opens flat to sleep one comfortably – or, at a push, two tired people. There is also a fully functional kitchen, and a table and chairs that seat two.
The bedroom
The bedroom has a solid black metal double bed, mirrored ceiling, black dressing table, gold padded banquette, clothes cupboard with hanging space, St Andrew’s Cross, and a spanking bench with face rest, plus lubricant and BDSM accessories (floggers, paddles, restraints, ball gags and more). There is a smart TV for downtime.
The playroom and bathroom
The dedicated playroom features a solid metal suspension frame with many anchor points, and includes a sling.
The compact luxury bathroom has a shower and a bath to relax in.
Designed for content creation
The Boutique Dungeon has been designed with content creation in mind. The themes are teal, gold and black.
Parking
Unfortunately, there is no free parking in central Brighton. There is, however, a secure 24-hour access car park: Regency Square car park.
There is also a cheaper private car park, although it is not 24-hour access: Regency Secure Parking prices.

Please note
The Boutique Dungeon is not a party venue. It is in a central Brighton residential area, and no amplified music is allowed after 11pm. A local security company will be called out if the neighbourhood is being disturbed, and you will be asked to leave the premises. This is due to problems with previous guests, and we hope it will not spoil your stay.
If you are looking for a party venue, the Boutique Dungeon is not suitable.
