Your stay

Can anyone come and stay at our venues?

We welcome couples and play partners over the age of 18, of all sexual orientations.

Do we get access to the whole premises?

Yes, you will get access to the whole premises. They are exclusively yours when you book.

Do we get to play with all the equipment and toys?

You will get to play with all of the equipment and toys. Hygiene is also paramount, so there are restrictions on some items, and we ensure the premises, equipment and all toys available to play with are professionally cleaned and sterilised.

Is there a Mistress present?

No, there is not a Mistress present, this is not a booking with a Dominatrix. Rather, this is a venue which you can book for your own private time, with your partner/s and playmate/s.

Do you provide a wardrobe of outfits for role play?

We do not provide a wardrobe, but can recommend excellent shops in the area. On booking, you'll receive a discount code to use in the city's famous Adult boutiques Taboo & Lust!

How many people can come and stay or play at one time?

The Brighton Dungeon sleeps two as standard but offers a large bed and it is not unheard of for us to have three guests at a time.

The Boutique Dungeon can sleep three easily and four at a push, again you can add extra guests on the booking page.

The Hidden Dungeon sleeps two guests.

Are there any house rules?

Yes, there are house rules and we expect all our guests to adhere to them. It is imperative all guests exercise an appropriate duty of care within all play, from kinky fun to more serious BDSM. We request you respect your partner/s and the premises and equipment and always remember your safe words. We may also request proof of age if you look younger than 18. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information. Our premises are strictly no smoking.

What facilities are there?

The Hidden Dungeon has a black and gold leaf bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a micro-kitchen equipped with a hot water machine, coffee maker, microwave and fridge, so you have everything you need to stay fuelled and hydrated without having to leave the premises.

The Brighton Dungeon has, in addition to our themed rooms, a luxury wet room style bathroom and our chambers offer the home comforts of fresh linen, towels, toiletries and condoms; lube; a water cooler, fridge, coffee machine and mugs and glasses; internet access; a hairdryer, mini iron and ironing board.

The Boutique Dungeon offers an open plan sitting room/playroom, fully fitted kitchen, towels, toiletries, lube, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The Boutique Dungeon also has a bath with an overhead shower.

Whilst there is no full kitchen at the Hidden Dungeon or the Brighton Dungeon, we are surrounded by excellent restaurants.

Booking & prices

How short or long a time can we book for?

Most of our guests book for the whole weekend (two or three nights), but we also accept single-night and even hourly bookings at the Brighton Dungeon and Hidden Dungeon. The Boutique Dungeon can be booked upwards of a single night, or make a holiday of it with a week's stay.

How do I book?

How far in advance do I need to book?

Many of our guests book months in advance, but this is not always necessary. Please check the reservations page for availability on our calendar, and please be aware that occasions such as Valentine's Day, Halloween and Christmas tend to get booked up earlier.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking? Do I get my money back?

We require 30 days' notice for cancellations. If we receive 30 days' notice, we will refund your payment in full. You can cancel a booking from your account page or by using the link in your booking confirmation email.

Daytime session bookings are not refundable, but we can change the date or time of a session up to 7 days before it takes place.

You can also change the date of an overnight stay up to 14 days before it commences. To do this, log in to your account page, open your booking and choose "Request a change of dates". For an overnight stay you can pick your new dates from a calendar of the nights that are free; for a session, just tell us the date and time you would like. We will do our best to accommodate you and will confirm by email.

Arrival & location

What happens when I arrive?

Upon arrival, we use a security key box on the outside of the premises. We will email you the key box code the day before your stay, or straight away if you book at short notice, so keep it safe! If you can't find your email please check your spam folder and promotions folder on Gmail.

Where are you located?

We have three central Brighton locations, minutes from the seafront and about a 10-15 minute walk, or a five-minute taxi ride, from Brighton station. There is also overnight parking close by in Regency Square.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, our chambers are on a lower ground floor, accessible via a curved staircase, and we do not have wheelchair access.
