Q: Can anyone come and stay at our venues?
A: We welcome couples and play partners over the age of 18, of all sexual orientations.
Q: Do we get access to the whole premises?
A: Yes, you will get access to the whole premises they are exclusively yours when you book.
Q: Do we get to play with all the equipment and toys?
A: You will get to play with all of the equipment and toys. Hygiene is also paramount, thus restrictions on some items, and we ensure the premises, equipment and all toys available to play with are professionally cleaned and sterilised
Q: Is there a Mistress present?
A: No, there is not a Mistress present, this is not a booking with a Dominatrix. Rather, this is a venue which you can book for your own private time, with your partner/s and playmate/s.
Q: Do you provide a wardrobe of outfits for role play?
A: We do not provide a wardrobe, but can recommend excellent shops in the area. On booking, you'll receive a discount code to use in the city's famous Adult boutiques Taboo & Lust!
Q: How many people can come and stay or play at one time?
A: The Brighton Dungeon sleeps two as standard but offers a large bed and it is not unheard of us to have three guests at a time. There is an option when booking to add another guest if you wish.
The Boutique can sleep three easily and four at a push, again you can add extra guests on the booking page.
Q: Are there any house rules?
A: Yes, there are house rules and we expect all our guests to adhere to them. It is imperative all guests exercise an appropriate duty of care within all play, from kinky fun to more serious BDSM. We request you respect your partner/s and the premises and equipment and always remember your safe words. We may also request proof of age if you look younger than 18. Q: What facilities are there?
A: The Brighton Dungeon has in addition to our themed rooms, a luxury wet room style bathroom and our chambers offer the home comforts of fresh linen, towels; toiletries and condoms; lube; a water cooler, fridge, coffee machine and mugs and glasses; internet access; a hairdryer, mini iron and ironing board. The Boutique offers an open plan sitting room/playroom fully fitted kitchen; towels; toiletries; lube, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The Boutique also has a bath with an overhead shower.
Whilst there is no kitchen on the premises, we are surrounded by excellent restaurants.
Q: How short or long a time can we book for?
A: Most of our guests book for the whole weekend (two or three nights), but we also accept single-night and even hourly bookings at the Brighton Dungeon. The Boutique can be booked upwards of a single night or make a holiday of it with a week's stay.

Q: How do I book?
A: Please see the reservations page to check available dates and make your booking!
Q: What happens when I arrive?
A: Upon arrival, we use a security key box on the outside of the premises, you will be sent the key box code in your order confirmation email so keep this safe! If you can't find your email please check your spam folder and promotions folder on Gmail.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: Many of our guests book months in advance, but this is not always necessary. Please check the reservations page to check availability on our calendar; and please be aware that occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Halloween and Christmas tend to get booked up earlier.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my booking? Do I get my money back?
A: We require 30 days’ notice for cancellations. If we receive 30 days’ notice, we will refund your payment in full. You can cancel a booking by using the link in your booking confirmation. You can also request to change the date of your booking up to 14 days before your stay commences to do this please email us using the contact form stating your booking name, date of stay, venue and new dates request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We have two central Brighton locations, minutes from the seafront and about a 10-15-minute walk, or a five-minute taxi ride, from Brighton station. There is also overnight parking close by in Regency Square.
Q: Do you have wheelchair access?
A: Unfortunately, our chambers are on a lower ground floor, accessible via a curved staircase and we do not have wheelchair access.
