The Brighton Dungeon, The Hidden Dungeon and The Boutique Dungeon (together, our venues) have in place house rules and guidelines for the safety and security of our guests, staff and premises. We expect guests to adhere to these and to treat the premises, equipment and each other with due care and respect.

In booking a stay for any duration with any of our venues, all guests take full responsibility for their own personal safety. This includes the safety of their partners, both during play within the premises and when outside the premises in the locale.

Under no circumstances must the dungeon area or any of the dungeon rooms be filmed or photographed. This can be requested with prior consent and a signed permission document from us. We do allow filming, but participants must adhere to our rules regarding fixtures, fittings, neon signs and use of specialised equipment.

Guests must be 18+ years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age if you look younger than 18.

We trust our guests will be competent and comfortable with the equipment and toys they play with, and strongly recommend against using any unfamiliar equipment.

Our venues do not take responsibility for injury or mishap caused by reckless behaviour, incorrect usage of equipment, usage of prohibited and/or illegal items, or that which has been caused, directly or indirectly, by non-adherence to our guidance and house rules.

Illegal activity is prohibited on the premises.

Additional guests other than those named on the booking form may require advance approval, and non-approved guests may be rejected from the premises should there be due cause.

Damages and breakages of toys, equipment and/or the structure of the premises must be paid for. Thieves will be prosecuted.

We reserve the right to terminate or cancel bookings should we have any concerns about our guests' behaviour.

Guests are responsible for their own personal possessions for the duration of the stay. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property left on the premises, or any indirect, consequential or pure economic loss related to our guests' visit/s.

We accept no liability and will not pay compensation where obligations are prevented or affected directly or indirectly by, or as a result of, force majeure or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flood, earthquake, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of nature or God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or any utility service, machinery, computers, vehicles, or any collapse of the building.

All parties booking with any of our venues will be automatically considered to have accepted the above Terms and Conditions.

Payments

We accept payments through Viva.com (formerly Vivawallet). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Viva.com, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Bookings

While you visit our site, we'll track information concerning users' bookings: date, number of people, services added and all other information about the booking.
