The Boutique Dungeon – Overnight Stays
Step into the luxury Boutique for a stay to excite your senses.
A stand-alone 1 bedroom house in central Brighton with a private entrance, 15 minutes walk away from Brighton Station and 2 minutes walk away from the seafront.
The Boutique comprises an open-plan sitting room/playroom and kitchen with a click-clack sofa bed, a double bedroom with a play area within it, and a separate dedicated playroom.
The Boutique accommodates three people comfortably, four people at a push.
The space
The Boutique is a fully equipped and scrupulously clean space.
The open plan sitting room/playroom/kitchen has a wall-mounted gilded St Andrew’s Cross, a gilded spanking bench with face rest, lubricant and BDSM accessories: floggers, paddles, restraints, ball gags etc. This open-plan space features a click-clack sofa bed, which opens flat it sleeps one comfortably, at a push two tired people could crash on it. On either side of the St Andrew’s Cross are gold-padded banquettes.
There is a fully functional kitchen and tables and chairs that seat two.
The Bedroom has a solid black metal double bed, mirrored ceiling, a black dressing table, a gold padded banquette, a clothes cupboard with hanging space, St. Andrews Cross and a spanking bench with face rest, lubricant and BDSM accessories: floggers, paddles, restraints, ball gags etc. And a smart TV for downtime.
The dedicated Playroom features a solid metal frame for suspension, with many anchor points, and includes a sling.
The compact luxury bathroom features a shower and bath to relax in.
**Please note to any guests booking the Boutique that this is not a party venue. The location is in a central Brighton residential area and no amplified music is allowed after 11.00 pm
A local security company will be called out if the neighbourhood is being disturbed and you will be asked to leave the premises. This is due to problems with previous guests and we hope this will not spoil your stay!!
Monday to Thursday is available for only £180 per night.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday is available for only £295 Per night and £165 Sundays
Stay for any 2 nights and receive a 15% discount. Stay for 3 or more nights and receive a 20% discount.
Check-in from 4 pm with checkout by 11 am
Cancellations/change of date: You can cancel your booking to the Boutique Dungeon for a full refund up to 30 days before your stay commences and we can accommodate a change of date up to 14 days before your stay.
